Marshmallow Nut Peach Crisp Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (29 ounces) peach slices or halves
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Drain peaches into a medium bowl and dice the fruit.
  3. Return peaches to syrup and add melted butter and marshmallows.
  4. Pour into a 9″ square baking dish and sprinkle the top with pecans.
  5. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and sprinkle over the pecans, mixing lightly.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is golden.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream.
