Pots De Creme with Kahlua Recipe

Make Ahead
Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1-1/4 cups light cream, scalded
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons brandy or Kahlua

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients into blender, cover and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 6 pots de creme cups or sherbet glasses, filling 2/3 full.
  • Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
