If you like Kahlua, here’s a recipe for Pots de Creme with Kahlua

Make Ahead
Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces German sweet baking chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • whipped cream for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
  2. Gradually add sugar and cream and stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Slowly blend in egg yolks and vanilla.
  5. Pour into demitasse cups and chill in refrigerator about 3 hours.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
