Make Ahead
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1-1/4 cups light cream, scalded
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons brandy or Kahlua
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into blender, cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 6 pots de creme cups or sherbet glasses, filling 2/3 full.
- Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
