Make Ahead
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces German sweet baking chocolate
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
- Gradually add sugar and cream and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Slowly blend in egg yolks and vanilla.
- Pour into demitasse cups and chill in refrigerator about 3 hours.
- Top with whipped cream.
