Freezes Well
Serves 8-10
Ingredients:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup cream sherry
- 1/2 cup poppy seeds
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients together, stir to blend, then beat 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased bundt or tube pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Cool, then sprinkle well with confectioners’ sugar.
