Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 9″ unbaked pie shell
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 ounces bitter chocolate, melted
  • whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cream sugar and margarine until soft and creamy.
  3. Add eggs and beat well.
  4. Add flour, vanilla and melted chocolate.
  5. Beat until well blended.
  6. Place mixture in pie shell and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Let cool and serve with whipped cream.
