Make Ahead
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 1 package (6 ounces) chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons boiling water
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon sherry or rum
- 4 egg whites
- whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate and put in blender.
- Add boiling water and mix.
- Add egg yolks and mix.
- Add liquor and mix.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites.
- Pour into souffle dish (1 to 1-1/2 quarts) and chill.
- To serve, top with whipped cream.
