Popcorn Granola Bars Recipe

Yield: 2 dozen

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups popped corn
  • 2 cups plain granola
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup (3 ounces) butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (cream style)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In large bowl combine popped corn and granola.  Set aside.
  2. In heavy saucepan combine marshmallows, butterscotch chips, peanut butter, butter and salt.
  3. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour over popcorn and stir quickly to coat evenly.
  5. Either press into a buttered 13″ x 9″ pan and cut into squares, or make into balls.
