Make Ahead
Yield: 2 dozen
Ingredients:
- 6 cups popped corn
- 2 cups plain granola
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup (3 ounces) butterscotch chips
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (cream style)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- In large bowl combine popped corn and granola. Set aside.
- In heavy saucepan combine marshmallows, butterscotch chips, peanut butter, butter and salt.
- Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Pour over popcorn and stir quickly to coat evenly.
- Either press into a buttered 13″ x 9″ pan and cut into squares, or make into balls.
