Ingredients:
- 1 package ladyfingers (about 10)
- peach brandy
- 2 10-ounce packages frozen sliced peaches, partially thawed
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4-5 drops vanilla or almond extract
- slivered almonds
Instructions:
- Line bottom and sides of an ice cube tray with split ladyfingers.
- Moisten ladyfingers with brandy (do not saturate).
- Arrange partly thawed peach slices over ladyfingers.
- Whip cream with sugar and flavoring and spread over dessert.
- Garnish with slivered almonds.
- Cover ice tray with wax paper and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
- To serve, cut in narrow slices.
