Easy Pecan Pie Recipe

For an interesting variation on this never-fail pie, try adding 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 tablespoon grated orange rind.

Ingredients:

  • 9″ unbaked pie shell
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Melt butter and add all ingredients, with pecans put in last.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
