Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon almond flavoring
- food color
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Stir in flavoring.
- Add flour.
- Divide into batches, adding the necessary food color for each batch (red for strawberries, green for leaves, etc.).
- Shape into fruits and vegetables about 1″ in diameter.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
