Mary’s Lemon Ice Recipe

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  • juice of 8 lemons (about 1-1/4 cups)
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions:

  1. Combine and freeze all ingredients.
  2. When partially frozen, stir.
  3. Do this several times to get an even consistency.
