Make Ahead
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
- 1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
Instructions:
- Make graham cracker crust, reserving 1 tablespoon of the mixture to sprinkle on top of the finished pie.
- Mix condensed milk, lemon juice and rind.
- Whip cream with confectioners’ sugar and add to lemon mixture.
- Fill pie shell and garnish with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
