Make Ahead
Yield: 2 dozen
Ingredients:
- 24 hibachi skewers
- 6 bananas
- 2 cantaloupe melons
- 1 bunch seedless grapes
- 1 honeydew melon
- 1/4 cup Cointreau
- 2 boxes fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 fresh pineapple
Instructions:
- Make melon balls with cantaloupe and honeydew.
- Wash and hull strawberries.
- Cut pineapple into bite-size chunks.
- Peel and slice bananas into 1/2″ slices.
- Separate grapes.
- Put all fruit into a large bowl.
- Pour Cointreau and sugar over fruit.
- Coat fruit well and marinate in refrigerator several hours.
- Alternate fruit on skewers, and arrange skewers on platter to serve.
