Frozen Pineapple Cups Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/3 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 2 medium bananas, diced

Instructions:

  1. Whip cream and fold in sour cream.
  2. Add lemon juice, sugar and salt.
  3. Fold in walnuts, pineapple, cherries and bananas.
  4. Spoon mixture into paper-lined muffin tins.
  5. Cover whole tin with foil paper and freeze until firm.
  6. Serve in paper cups or remove 5-10 minutes before serving.
