Chocolate Delight Recipe

Serves 12

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ground nuts
  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup soft margarine
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1 large Cool Whip (9 ounces)
  • 1 package (3-1/4 ounces) instant chocolate or butterscotch pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • chocolate curls for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix nuts, flour and margarine together and press into a 9″ x 13″ baking pan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Whip together cream cheese and half of Cool Whip.
  6. Mix instant pudding with milk, and add this to the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread evenly over cooled crust.
  8. Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
  9. Chill for several hours before serving.
  10. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
