Make Ahead
Serves 12
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ground nuts
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1 large Cool Whip (9 ounces)
- 1 package (3-1/4 ounces) instant chocolate or butterscotch pudding
- 3 cups milk
- chocolate curls for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix nuts, flour and margarine together and press into a 9″ x 13″ baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Whip together cream cheese and half of Cool Whip.
- Mix instant pudding with milk, and add this to the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread evenly over cooled crust.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
- Chill for several hours before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
