Freezes Well
Serves 10
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Sift together and fold in flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10″ tube pan and bake for 55 minutes.
