Make Ahead
Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
- 9″ baked pie shell (pastry, graham cracker or vanilla wafer)
- 21 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 almond chocolate bars (7/8 ounce each)
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions:
- In the top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling water, heat the marshmallows in the milk until melted.
- Remove from heat and break in the candy bars, stirring until they are melted.
- Cool mixture, then fold in the whipped cream and pour into prepared crust.
- Refrigerate several hours before serving.
