Blender Ice Cream Dessert

Serve Immediately
Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup creme de menthe
  • 1/4 cup creme de cacao
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream

Instructions:

  1. Put liqueurs in blender and add ice cream, a little at a time.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately in champagne or sherbet glasses.
