Strawberry Mousse Recipe

Make Ahead
Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole strawberries
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 to 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 packages unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions:

  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender or food mill.
  2. Beat the cream with 1/2 cup sugar until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Soften gelatin in water and immediately add to cream, beating until well blended.
  4. Add strawberries and additional sugar to taste.
  5. Pour into dessert glasses or dishes and refrigerate 4-5 hours.
