Make Ahead
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole strawberries
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 to 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 packages unflavored gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions:
- Puree the strawberries in a blender or food mill.
- Beat the cream with 1/2 cup sugar until it forms soft peaks.
- Soften gelatin in water and immediately add to cream, beating until well blended.
- Add strawberries and additional sugar to taste.
- Pour into dessert glasses or dishes and refrigerate 4-5 hours.
