Strawberries With Mint Cream Recipe

Serves 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 1 cup Richardson’s party mints
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Whip heavy cream.
  2. Crush mints in mortar with pestle or with meat mallet.
  3. Fold into whipped cream and let set 2-3 hours.
  4. To serve, put cream mixture in a dish surrounded by washed strawberries.
  5. Dip strawberries in cream and enjoy.
