Freezes Well
Yield: 2-3 dozen
Ingredients:
- 2 12-ounce packages butterscotch chips
- 1 5-ounce can Chinese noodles
- 1 11-ounce can Virginia peanuts
Instructions:
- Melt chips over hot water in top of double boiler.
- Crush noodles into melted chips.
- Add nuts, mixing well.
- Place by tablespoonfuls on waxed paper and let stand until hard, about 1 hour.
