Yield: 2-3 dozen

Ingredients:

  • 2 12-ounce packages butterscotch chips
  • 1 5-ounce can Chinese noodles
  • 1 11-ounce can Virginia peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Melt chips over hot water in top of double boiler.
  2. Crush noodles into melted chips.
  3. Add nuts, mixing well.
  4. Place by tablespoonfuls on waxed paper and let stand until hard, about 1 hour.
